Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@jinking.uk with details of the issue.
4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Exceptions
Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as custom-made products and items purchased on clearance. Additionally, any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.
